We had sold our previous homes before in two different States but selling our home this time in Sacramento, CA had proved to be the most challenging as the amount of paperwork one had to go through and signed which was just absolutely overwhelming!
Right off the top when we met, Steve did a walk through of our house and made valuable suggestions to make the house more marketable. Then he went over all the milestones as it occurred from prepping, listing, evaluating offers, contingencies, then to closing. We interviewed two other agents but Steve seemed to be the most detailed-orientated.

I was apprehensive about using a discount broker but we were more than impressed with Steve. He really knows his profession and he works very hard. At first I thought his recommended listing price for our house was a little too high but I was wrong. We got multiple full price offers and Steve helped us select the most beneficial offer. He and his team really worked for us.
He spent hours appraising the house, directing the photo shoot of the house, listing the house, negotiating with the buyer’s agent, reviewing offers and making recommendations. He stayed in constant contact with us all the way through escrow closing. I will definitely engage his services again if I ever move again (curse the thought).

Steve Lederman is truly an ‘agents agent’. I’ll explain later. Steve runs a business model that discounts sellers listing fees. You would think that means discounted service. But we experienced a full service sales agent and we saved about $9,000. My parents used him to sell their home in November and they saved even more. He gave them the same high level of service.
The Sacramento Real Estate market runs very fast. Quarantines and cleaning made this exponentially harder. That means sellers need some hand-holding and certainly some guidance, but you will get clear, concise, immediate information on how to sell your home at top dollar. Steve walks away from nothing on your behalf. He was always available to us immediately when we needed him. He didn’t let us spend a dime to bring our home to market that we didn’t need to. He was a skilled negotiator at the end of our transaction when it got intense.
We call him an ‘agents agent’ because my wife has been a real estate agent for over 20 years. Her license had expired and she used the quarantine to reinstate it. The logical question would be -Why didn’t you sell it yourself? We had just watched the high level of service and tremendous discount her parents had enjoyed selling their home. We just couldn’t do it ourselves any faster or cleaner. His office and staff work well and this was a smooth transaction. That kind of team takes years to build. My wife had no relationship or transaction history with Steve Lederman before our sale. We found him on Facebook when other people were raving about him.
